Hi, I'm Lynn
As a Speaker, Spiritual Empowerment Coach, and TV Presenter, I support individuals and organisations in achieving personal and professional alignment through mindset work, emotional clarity, and energy-based practices.
My mission is to guide people in reclaiming their power, shifting limiting beliefs, and leading from a place of authenticity and intention.
With years of experience in personal development, spiritual coaching, and energy alignment, I’ve worked with a broad range of clients — from business leaders and creative professionals to influencers, fashion designers, and A-list talent. Whether through one-to-one sessions, keynote talks, or group workshops, I provide practical, results-driven tools that energise success and wellbeing from the inside out.
In addition to my work in empowerment coaching and public speaking, I am also a trained Crystal Energy & Empowerment Specialist. I integrate this work where appropriate to help clients access deeper emotional release, chakra balance, and energetic clarity. My approach is grounded, accessible, and tailored to modern lives, combining ancient wisdom with contemporary insight.
I regularly speak at events such as The Happy Place Festival and serve as the Resident Energy Healer at the renowned Bamford Spa in the Cotswolds, offering bespoke, restorative treatments.
