Did you choose you this month?
What did you do for yourself this month?

“The Month Didn’t Run Away… You Just Forgot to Choose You”
It usually starts the same way.
You open your eyes in the morning already thinking about everything you need to do. Your mind is full before your feet even touch the ground. There’s a quiet intention somewhere in there—this month will be different—but as the days pass, life fills every gap. Work, responsibilities, messages, noise.
And then suddenly… it’s the end of the month.
You pause for a moment and realise, you didn’t make time for yourself. Not really.
The intentions you set faded into the background.
The space you promised yourself never quite happened.
And what’s left is that familiar feeling…
A little overwhelmed.
A little stuck.
A little out of alignment.
This is something I hear from so many people. And it’s not because you’re doing anything wrong. It’s because you’ve been taught to prioritise everything outside of you first.
But here’s the shift, everything begins within you.
When your inner world is busy, your outer world feels heavy. When your mind is full of chatter, it’s hard to hear your own voice. When your energy is scattered, even the simplest decisions feel overwhelming.
That’s where the feeling of being “stuck” really comes from.
Not a lack of ability, but a lack of space.
I remember working with someone who came to me feeling exactly like this. She told me, “I know what I want… I just can’t seem to move.” Her mind was constantly racing, second-guessing every step, and procrastination had quietly taken over.
We didn’t start with doing more.
We started with creating space.
Space to pause.
Space to breathe.
Space to reconnect.
And something shifted.
Through gentle guidance, energy work, and working with crystals, she began to soften. The noise started to quieten. The pressure lifted. Instead of forcing action, she found herself naturally moving forward, with clarity and calm.
This is the work I’m so passionate about.
Because there is no magic pill. There’s nothing outside of you that’s going to suddenly fix everything. Everything you need is already within you, but most people are too busy, too overwhelmed, or too disconnected to access it.
That’s why making time for yourself isn’t a luxury. It’s essential.
And this is exactly why I created Inner Power Collective.
A space you return to each month, not when things fall apart, but so they don’t. A space where you are supported to realign your mindset, your energy, and your direction. Where you’re gently guided back to yourself again and again.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about coming home to who you are.
And if committing to something monthly feels like too much right now, that’s okay too. Even one hour can create a powerful shift. One hour of focused, intentional space can bring clarity where there was confusion, calm where there was overwhelm, and movement where there was stagnation.
Because when you give yourself that time, you’re saying something important—
I matter.
In my work, I always bring in crystals. Not just because they’re beautiful, but because their energy holds a depth of wisdom that helps you connect on a more soulful level. They support you in seeing yourself more clearly, feeling more deeply, and opening in ways that go beyond the mind.
They help you slow down enough to actually hear yourself again.
And maybe that’s what this next chapter is really about.
Not rushing.
Not pushing.
Not trying to keep up.
But choosing to pause.
Choosing to realign.
Choosing you.
So as you move into a new month, ask yourself one simple question—
Will I make time for me this time?
And if the answer is yes…
I’ll be here.
